We are in store for another winter day in the River City…

The forecast is calling for a high of zero degrees with periods of snow.

Overnight, expect more snow as the low sticks to zero degrees.

Tuesday could see a 60% chance of rain or flurries with a high of five degrees.

Currently, it is negative three degrees outside and dumping snow.
