Monday brings clearing skies with potentially strong winds

We are in store for another beautiful day in the River City.

The forecast is calling for a high of zero degrees with clearing skies and wind gusts of up to 40 km/h.

Overnight, expect a few clouds with a low of negative seven degrees.

Tuesday should see periods of snow as the high reaches just negative five degrees.

Currently, it is negative four degrees outside with sunshine.
