Some of Kelowna’s best local music will be playing at the home of some of the city’s best local beer this weekend.

Tree Beer Brewing Institute is hosting a local music showcase this Saturday that features six local bands playing between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The event is presented by Kelowna Arts Council, who have also put together a Live Music Survey for Kelowna residents that will be used to help musicians, venues and other interested parties better understand what the city's music lovers want.

“I love live music, but don’t go because…” – we’ve all heard it or said it. The Kelowna Arts Council wants to get your input on how to get you (and your friends) out to more live music. The survey focuses on smaller venues and local artists.  The results will be shared with musicians, venues, and others to help them tailor live music shows to meet your needs.
