Hello Friends! How about this stellar weather!? From the incredible sunrise on Remembrance Day to a huge snowfall the next… Well played Mother Nature… Well played. I try so hard to focus on the good stuff… Sure, I can get caught up in the drama, gossip, and complaining… But I really try to stop myself and hone in on the path of joy, compassion, and overall wellness. This post came to me after giving my first little public talk for https://maycauseradiance.com/ a couple of weeks ago at the Empowered Woman Conference. I had a plan… I was shy about it… Filling with self-doubt… I’d wear my peepers (reading glasses) that way when I look out to the group they’d be out of focus and I could just look down at my notes and my hands. Never let them see you sweat, right?! Well that all went out the proverbial window, I forgot my notes and my glasses when I was called to speak by the lovely Tessa. I got up there and my focus shifted… Profoundly… It moved right out of my head and straight into my heart. I saw their beautiful faces supporting me and I shared with vulnerability and raw emotion. I felt their encouragement as they focused on my words, which swirled through own hearts. To SEE so clearly, clarity… Focusing on the positive, the beauty, the bliss. Wow, life can bring me to my knees in sweet surrender when I allow myself to blur out all the noise and just be in the glory of NOW. Where is your focus? Can you soften the edges of the blurry life and see what you REALLY need to see? You and only you know what that is.
