Kelowna residents woke up to warmer temperatures and more flurries.

The Central Okanagan is expecting two to five centimetres this morning, with snow stopping by this afternoon.

It's currently -5 C outside, with an expected high of zero and a mix of sun and cloud throughout the day.

Overnight, the valley should see an additional five centimetres of snow with a low of -6 C.

Next week, temperatures are looking even more promising, boosting to the plus side of zero.

If you're heading out of town, the Okanagan Connector (97C) has seen more snow as well – especially near Pennask Summit and Brenda Mine.

Flurries are expected to end sometime this morning, with winds gusting up to 15 km/h and a mix of sun and clouds.
