“Summer like weather conditions are in store for us this weekend when a blocking pattern remains in place over the next few days,” says Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.

The forecast is calling for above seasonal temperatures and lots of sunshine, which will be good for tanning at the beach but bad news for water levels.

“The warmth will continue to encourage increased snow melt causing significant runoff into the rivers,” English says.
