  • Kelowna’s new Pacific Poké restaurant is officially open today

The wait is finally over for the opening of West Coast chain Pacific Poké in Kelowna.

The Kelowna location at 219 Bernard Avenue announced that their first day of business will be today, starting at 11 a.m.

Poké is a raw fish salad traditionally served as an appetizer in Hawaii. Pacific Poké keeps the traditional style of the cuisine while adding their own innovative flavour.

Available as a build your own bowl experience, with a salad or rice base with toppings ranging from sockeye salmon, ahi tuna, crab and shrimp, Pacific Poké says they like to keep it fresh and minimally seasoned for the full taste of the quality ingredients.

There are also chef inspired creations on the menu so you don’t have to make all the hard decisions.
