Bowes is one of 12 chefs from across Canada that will be competing on the show and he certainly doesn’t lack confidence.
“I’m going to crush this show and I’m going to do it in a way that nobody has done it before,” he told Food Network Canada.

He also has experience with this kind of competition, as Bowes won Chopped Canada in 2015 and donated his $10,000 in winnings to charity.
After earning his reputation working as an executive chef for a number of top restaurants, hotels and wineries in BC, including RaudZ, Bowes changed it up in recent years.

Along with two business partners, he opened the CrAsian Food Truck and expanded it into two more permanent locations inside of Kettle River Brewing and the BNA Brewing tasting room.
Although television production has stopped during the COVID-19 pandemic, Top Chef Canada was filmed in the fall, which means the show has an entire season of content locked and loaded and ready to entertain you.
If you're watching the show and you like what you see from Bowes, you can head down to Kettle River Brewing at certain hours and get takeout food from the CrAsian Food Truck team.
