Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
My partner. He is the funniest, most caring person I have ever met and he makes every moment worthwhile.
What do you always find yourself saying?
'Look at the moon!'
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Elizabeth Gilbert. She's just such an insightful, thoughtful and intelligent persona. I'd love to speak with her and her idea of all things.
Who or what inspires you?
Beauty, nature and art inspire me the most.
What are three things on your bucket list?
1. Live in New York City
2. Write and publish a best-seller
3. Be a background dancer in a music video
Please tell us about a defining moment in your life.
The moment I realized I really could design my own future.
What are you passionate about?
I'm extremely devoted to the concept that every single human being in an expression of something bigger than us and that our purpose is to take our innate gifts, strengths and the things that light us up and make use of them through creativity and helping others. I get fired up on topics around human and cognitive behaviours and epigenetics because it alludes to the fact that intention and perception are the main factors in our human experiences. I also love talking about and teaching manifesting and intuition as they are the practical tools that allow us the navigate these fields.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
That's a really hard question to answer but ONE of my favourite days would have been a day I spent in Hampi, the holy city of Karnataka, India. There was just this incredible vibe as we walked amongst ancient ruins, it felt like we were meditating and in tune with everything that was happening around us. It was magical.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Choosing to, and living, my life on my own terms.
Where is your favourite place to dine in your city?
Peter's Pasta in Kamloops.
What is your favourite activity or event in your city?
The theatre in Kamloops.

What does your business/organization do?
I work as a writer, mentor and creative.

Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
I want to be the global leader in teaching people how to live from their hearts, with intuition as their guide, instead of the minds.

What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
I don't have any. I outsource to contractors.
What makes you feel successful? Tell us about it.
Having more than enough resources, space and time to truly enjoy my life, while also making a big and positive impact on people.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
Oh my gosh, that would be fun! I would want each of them to be experts in different fields; perhaps investors in real estate, in stocks and bonds and in natural and environmental investments. I would ask them what they believe are the best ways to invest in various things that are both good for the planet and for growing personal wealth.
If I could change one thing about the city you live in, it would be:
I'd love to see a little more culture in Kamloops. I miss things like cafe culture, art galleries and music.

How close it is to some of the most incredible nature in the world and the easy and high standard of living.
