Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kelowna?
I was born in Medicine Hat, Alta. and have lived in Kelowna for four years.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
Favourite person to hang out with is my Husband Eric and son Owen (they can be one person) Why? Because they are hilarious, inspiring, balancing and loving while being open to living the creative chaos that we live.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
Czech Republic because that is where my Grandpa Yanik is from and I would love to feel the energy of the city.
What is your favourite local store in Kelowna and why?
My favourite local store is "The Curious" … Our family feels great there. Luigi is amazing and the food is great.
What is your favourite activity?
Pilates

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
WHOA! This could be a TMI situation! One of the MANY embarrassing moments is farting in front of a full mat class while demoing a move. That was funny.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Working with our Business/Intuitive coach.
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Going out into our acreage where there were five trees in a circle and playing with the "earth fairies." Letting my imagination run wild with the peace and calm of being in nature.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
We give back to the community through all of our fundraiser events through Vernon and Kelowna NEU movement.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
For everyone to see how beautiful and unique we all are. Each holding different magical gifts that contribute to the world synergistically.
What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
Pilates and Yoga at NEU!
Where would you sneak away to in Kelowna to spend some time alone?
Carrs Landing on the beach.
Where would you like to see positive change in Kelowna and why?
I think Kelowna is changing positively already! I feel like the city is attracting the creative class in a great way!
If you were granted one wish for work or in life, what would it be?
To clear the energy of "Competition" and see that we all have different gifts and offerings that will attract the tribe that resonates. There are so many different tribes which make it non-competitive.

Why did you get into/start this business?
To connect healing and movement – than to share the magic.
What is the goal of your business?
To integrate healing and movement modalities while sharing tools to help people heal themselves.
What has been your biggest struggle either in work or life?
Biting off more than I can chew with our creative projects. Getting overwhelmed and losing myself in trying to be everything to everyone.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
I would do it ALL just the SAME!
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
To support our local economy and support the 100mile concept – it supports sustainability
