What do you always find yourself saying?
“Squirrel” I always have so much on the go, sometimes it’s hard to stay focused. One of the reasons I love my treatment room…quiet, calm and just one person to focus on.
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
We have! Best in Kelowna, three years in a row. Thanks everyone!
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Mother Theresa. She is a wise, generous, and selfless woman who had her priorities in order.
Who inspires you?
My mother. She is loving, hardworking, generous, and an adventurous woman.
What are three things on your bucket list?
Mediterranean cruise
Learn to ‘drift’
Travel the world and have the locals teach me to cook.
If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
Blessed
If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
My children’s college graduation. I’m so excited to see what they’ll become.
What are you passionate about?
Helping others.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
Finishing all the renovations in our current house. One whole year of chaos! You had to see it before and now. So worth it.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Starting Affinity Family Wellness almost four years ago.
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna? What do you like about it?
Bouchons. They have great food and service.
What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna? Why?
Hard to say. We live in such a beautiful place that offers so much to do. I do love skiing and being on the water though.

If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
To educate the public as to the benefits of massage therapy and its power in preventative health care and the need to increase our role in health care integration.

To build our reputation as a leader in the Massage Therapy Industry and continue our success in helping people heal.
