Where are you from and how long have you lived in Kamloops?
I'm from Whitby, Ontario and I've lived in Kamloops for a little over a year now.
Who is your favourite person to spend time with and why?
It's hard to pick just one, so I'd have to say my family. We're all pretty close and I'm thankful to have my two younger brothers live here in town.
What is your favourite local store in Kamloops and why?
Far & Wide, it's such a cute and unique store. You can find some great stuff in there.
Describe yourself in one word.
Determined.
If you could go anywhere in the world right at this moment where would you go and why?
I would probably head to Whitby so that I could spend some time with my family there.
What is your favourite activity in Kamloops?
Hiking! There are so many great places to explore here.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
Slipping on the ice as I ran for the bus after school. It was in front of a whole bunch of my peers in high school. My sister was there and she couldn't stop laughing. We caught the bus though, so I guess that's all that matters.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
Being a part of the Passion Conference in Atlanta in 2017. It was such an encouraging couple of days being able to hear from some incredible speakers and being surrounded by thousands of students (18-25) who were there to learn more about to bring light to the world. My favourite part was when we got to break into small groups. Over the course of the conference those 7 strangers became great friends, it was such a great opportunity!
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
Spending my summers with my siblings at our grandmother's house. We always had a lot of fun and she spoiled us like crazy!
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I volunteer when I can at my church, Bible Truth Church. Earlier this year, I was able to volunteer at the Easter event in Riverside Park. It was great seeing so much of the community out and enjoying themselves with their families.
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
That people would be kinder to one another. I truly believe that a little kindness can go a long way.
Where would you sneak away to in Kamloops to spend some time alone?
The Art We Are. They have great food and an even better atmosphere.

Where would you like to see positive change in Kamloops and why?
On the North Shore, I feel like it's an area of Kamloops that has so much untapped potential.
What do you think makes Kamloops great?
The people! I have met so many selfless people here who have really gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Spend more time travelling and seeing the world.
2. Write a book.
3. Help thousands of women with their health.
Tell us something that not everyone may know about you.
I can be very shy in social settings.
What is the name of your business/organization?
Live Undone.
Why did you get into/start this business?
I started Live Undone to be able to help women to become their best selves through health and fitness. I was inspired by my own journey with my personal trainer and how it changed the trajectory of my life for the better!

What is the goal of your business?
To help as many women as I possibly can to feel strong and confident in their own skin!
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
My biggest struggle has been patience. I have a lot of ideas and plans for what I want to do, but sometimes I've lacked patience throughout the process of getting there.
What do you always find yourself saying?
"I can do this."
Tell us your best piece of life advice.
Just start. Don't worry about having it all figured out or feeling ready, or it needing to be perfect. Just start.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
I would have to say Oprah Winfrey. I am so amazed by her story and would love to be able to just talk with her and learn more about her journey. She's overcome so much adversity in her life and I think I'd be able to gain a lot of insight from spending time with her.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
To support your community.
