What do you always find yourself saying?
I'm in! I have a hard time saying no to anything.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Richard Branson. What hasn't he done?! He doesn't know the meaning of the word no or failure.
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
I'm not motivated to win awards; I am however motivated by my own targets and goals. If there were a public award for setting difficult goals and achieving them…I would want to win that one.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Walt Disney. People don't realize how hard he worked to create the Walt Disney that we all know and love. He created something that people from any age love, and get excited about. I would love to have been able to spend a day with him, hear his stories.
Who inspires you?
My friends and family.
What are three things on your bucket list?
Visit 50 countries…over halfway there!

If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
Lyla Bean – after my daughter.
What are you passionate about?
Entrepreneurship. Creating something out of nothing that people want and are inspired by. I am always thinking of a new idea, concept etc. and love working on them. I get excited about new ventures and am always open to trying something new!
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
August 9th, 2014. My wedding day of course!
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Besides convincing my wife to marry me and have a beautiful daughter, I would say creating a real estate brand that's different from the traditional way of selling real estate and seeing it turn into such a quick success in such a short time. I get really excited every time someone on our team sells a property or gets a new listing…and as we near our 1,000th sale in our first year of business, I still get excited every time we get a sale…that never gets old! I also love the praise that we are continually getting from our clients, they love our business model, they believe in what we do and we're creating many relationships that will last forever!
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna? What do you like about it?
Zabb on Pandosy. It's small, its quiet but the food is incredible. If you love Thai food, Zabb is the best!
What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna? Why?
Summers on the lake. Building the 2% Realty Lakefront Boat allows me to enjoy my two favourite things…being on the lake in the Okanagan summers, and looking at lake front real estate. Nothing better than that!

To be a source of information, advice and a name that people in the Okanagan think of when they want to buy or sell property.
If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
To continually grow our brand awareness and continually increase our ever growing market share.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
To be doing 1,500 transactions per year, and have a team of 50 agents through the Okanagan all reaching their personal goals
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
There are so many great agents out there; it's really hard to pick one.

What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
Thank you!!! We have such a great team, and I'm really proud of how far we've come, and how many of them are continually beating their goals and continuing to grow. We have the best team in the industry.
How does your business/organization impact the community?
We save clients thousands of dollars on every sale. Your home is the biggest asset that you have, and we want to make sure that you keep as much of that without sacrificing any service through the sales process.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
I would love to have an opportunity to have some dedicated focus time with social media experts. We are a technology based company, and really want to focus our sales and marketing efforts to the way of the future and I believe we've just scratched the surface on what we can do with social media. I'm continually educating myself on what it can do for my business, and putting things into motion, but there's so much more to learn. If I could get some
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
Less traffic in the summer. Impossible task, but that would be the only thing I would change.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
Everything. There's so much diversity in Kelowna, it really is the best place in Canada to live. To be able to golf and ski in the same day, visit hundreds of wineries, spend days on some of the nicest lakes in the world, there's so much to do here.
