What do you always find yourself saying?
Believe you me!
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select and why?
The Dalai Lama. To be in his presence and to have discussions about how he manages to maintain his serenity while the world around him seems to be in chaos. To know how he truly thinks as both a man and human being living a spiritual life.
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
Nobel Peace prize.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Leonardo Da Vinci. To understand how he could be so single minded and still influence his world and the world in general with both his art and engineering skills.
Who inspires you?
My father. He was a self made man, with no education who became not only a great father and role model to my self and my brother he was respected in his chosen field throughout New Zealand he thoroughbred horse industry.. When he died, not only was the church filled to overflowing, he had 3 priests say Requiem Mass for him. He was a non catholic, astounding accomplishment to have such immense respect.
What are three things on your bucket list?
Work with orphans in India and Nepal
Holiday in the Maldives
Tango in Argentina
If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
Serenity
If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
The day of my marriage.
What are you passionate about?
Children. I have three grandchildren and to be able to spend a day in their lives is such an honour. I believe all children need to be seen for the treasures that they are. They may be young but often I have found that through them I have learnt the most about myself. Each child is unique and when an adult sees that, the blossoming of their character and spirit is beautiful.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
The birth of my daughter, Hannah.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Attaining the position of International Education Director for L’Oreal Professionnel International in Paris France where I lived and worked for two years
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna? What do you like about it?
Cactus Club at the Kelowna Yacht Club. Good food, good atmosphere and amazing views. I love to be close to the water.
What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna? Why?
A wine tour with friends. Relaxing, enjoying the beautiful scenery and taking the time to just BE with friends

If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
To have everyone know that they are a 10. We were all born with our unique talents and personality. To encourage each person to live in that knowledge.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in five years?
To develop worldwide renowned retreat centre here in Kelowna where both individuals and teams can come for personal and professional development.
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
Not necessarily a forerunner, I do however have my own unique style and way to connect with people. They feel safe to express and explore their potential. Not judged, encouraged.
What three qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Truth, ambition, and reward.
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
That without them I can never achieve all that I do. We are not isolated islands in this world. Mankind needs each other and all who come into my life bring me a gift, the gift of who they are are, their unique personality and talents no matter whether they see them or not.
How does your business/organization impact the community?
After attending my seminars or person coaching, not only are they more confident in their work and have better relationships with their colleagues, they have better relationships with their life partners, their families, their friends, in fact they look at the world differently and feel valued.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
I would want them to experts in taking a start business to a global level. How someone who has a powerful vision can develop the right action plan, marketing and support team.
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be:
Encourage a more multicultural population.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
Location and size, the mountains, the lakes, and easy access to nature while still being large enough to offer much for everyone.
