(Original story: March 18 @ 5:23 am): Hwy 97 has been closed in both directions following a vehicle incident.
Emergency vehicles are at the scene after the incident, which occurred between Pleasant Valley Road and Highland Road north of Vernon.
A detour is in effect, Drive BC said.
The estimated time of reopening is 6 am.
