Furever Home Finder: Phil

Phil is looking for a furever home!

Also lovingly known as Dr. Phil, Prince Philip, and Philadelphia Cream Cheese, this sweet senior man has been jet-setting all over the place.

He came to the SPCA in Victoria after hopping from Phoenix, to LA, to Seattle and Vancouver.

Phil is between 8 to 10-years-old, and is a Shih Tzu.

He is quite fearful of new people and other dogs, and would do best in a quiet home to live out his retirement.

He is currently on medications for chronic bronchitis and anxiety. This means that a potential adopter would foster Phil until he was cleared medically.
