Hello! My name is Bucky and I’m looking for my furever home!

I am a very large, but friendly pup! I am (extremely) overweight, and am currently on a diet here at the Kamloops SPCA!

Personality Description 

I am a playful dog who loves going on walks with my humans! I will need some training, as sometimes I get excited and will pull on the leash. Maybe we can do obedience classes together!

I get along with other pups, but I am excitable – so being around other dogs my size would probably be best. I love to be around my humans, and will get anxious when left alone. I know that’s something that I must get used to, so I should be eased into it slowly.

I would do best in a household that has experience with my breed. My new family should also expect to help me with my weight loss journey so I can be healthy again. I would do best in a house without small children, as I am excitable (sorry, I can’t help it!). Being around dog my size is also important for the same reason.
