Fresh snow and fireworks on tap at Big White today

Big White may not have gotten a dump of snow overnight, but they did get a dusting and up to four centimeters more is on the way.

A great day to hit the slopes, the groomed runs are already welcoming some fresh morning powder as you read this!

Currently, at -9C the resort won’t get much colder today and will hopefully stick around -4C if we’re lucky, making it an ideal day to work up a sweat on the slopes.

In addition to a decent weather day ahead, and 16 lifts serving 118 runs being open, Saturday night is also Carnival Night up at biggie.

Starting at 6:30 pm, skiers and boarders of all ages can enjoy a variety of games, free popcorn, and more at the Village Centre Mall before a dazzling fireworks display at 8:15 pm.
