By around 10 p.m., Anzac and Gregoire Lake Estates were both part of an active fire zone. Further details are expected to be provided Friday morning.
The Stone Creek area also remains an active fire zone.
The Birchwood Trails area is safe for now, but according to the Regional District of Wood Buffalo remains a priority from a strategic firefighting standpoint. They say crews are working hard to protect this area.
