On Thursday evening, members of the Central Okanagan home building community received some exciting news at the annual Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence Finalists Night.

The sold-out event welcomed attendees for an evening industry camaraderie, wine and food, in addition to revealing the list of three finalists in each of the 46 categories for this year’s awards.

From excellence in kitchen and bathroom design to the teams behind some of the area’s most impressive showhomes, marketing strategies and more — the awards aim to recognize excellence in a diverse variety of categories all falling under the umbrella of home building within the Okanagan.

With 138 projects officially being recognized, a panel of expert judges will spend the following weeks reviewing and exploring each home to determine who will be taking home the hardware at the awards gala on Saturday, Jan. 25! Click here to reserve your spot at the celebration.
