Her background includes executive retained search, ownership of a search firm, and the design and implementation of corporate talent acquisition strategies for a multi-billion dollar Canadian organization. 

Emily has successfully built, coached, and developed high-performance teams in sales, marketing, and recruiting on an international scale.

Adrianna Stange, a Managing Consultant at TMG Search Canada, previously worked at VX Search Group Inc., which was acquired by TMG in early 2023. 

With six years of experience providing in-house talent acquisition solutions for high-growth Canadian companies across various sectors, including forestry, distribution, automotive, and food and beverage services, Adrianna brings a wealth of expertise to the team. 

Outside her professional endeavors, Adrianna has actively contributed to non-profit organizations, serving as a Board Member for the Peachland Wellness Centre, a member of Okanagan College’s Program Advisory Committee, and Vice-Chair for CPHR BC & Yukon’s Southern Interior Advisory Council.
