The second annual Crabtoberfest will take place this fall.

The Maritime Museum introduced the event in November 2022 at the Breakwater District at Ogden Point. This year, however, the venue will be the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney.

On Oct. 14, 2023 at 5 pm, people will gather for a night of food, beer, live music and games. 

Other fun activities will include a costume contest, silent auction, 50/50 draw and a “Stein of Strength” contest. 

Money raised from the event goes to the museum’s programs, exhibits and operations.
