A popular Kelowna based radio duo will be joining a new Calgary radio station as their popularity continues to grow.
The Casey Clarke Show with Roo Phelps, which is based in Kelowna on Country 100.7, will soon launch on Wild 953 in Calgary. The show will be heard week nights from 7 p.m. to midnight and the station will also be home to The Casey Clarke Country Countdown every weekend.
This latest announcement means the show now has over 42 affiliates nationwide and can now be heard coast to coast, from Kelowna to St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador. With the addition of Calgary, the show is now heard in 11 other markets in Alberta alone.

“Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to visit and make friends in virtually every city across Canada,” said Clarke. “I’m excited to have our show be available to friends all over the Country, and Roo and I welcome the opportunity for our show to compliment the great local programming these stations are already providing.”
Clarke has been a household name to anyone who loves Country music on television and radio for well over two decades. Casey has been called “the Face” of CMT, hosting various programs on the network since 1997, making him one of the most recognizable personalities in Canada.
Phelps is a fourth generation broadcaster born and raised on Vancouver Island British Columbia. Since 1999 Roo has worked on air and as a producer in markets throughout BC including several years in Vancouver.
