Conservative Party’s Brad Vis takes the Mission-Matsqui-Fraser Canyon riding
At 7 pm on Monday night, Canadians put in their final ballots to determine their federal candidates!

The Conservatives were looking to win in the Mission-Matsqui-Fraser Canyon with Brad Vis at the helm.

Vis was able to knock off a strong push from the NDP, Green, and Liberal parties to take the riding. With 125 of 179 polls reporting, Vis took 11,012 votes.

Other parties receiving votes at the same point are shown below:
- People's Party – Julius Nick Csaszar: 666
- Green Party – John Kidder: 3,101
- New Democratic Party – Michael Nenn: 4,929
- ML – Elaine Wismer: 45
- Liberal – Jati Sidhu: 6,722
