City building access road connecting Pine Centre, Recplace Drive

Visitors of the Pine Centre Mall will soon have access to a new driveway.

The new driveway will be connecting Recplace Drive to the parking lot behind Lowe’s Home Improvement at the mall.

Construction is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the fall.

Once completed, the operation is expected to reduce congestion on adjacent highway ramps.

The construction will also include installation of new water mains in the area to improve water service and ensure sufficient water flows for firefighting in the area.
