Free shuttle offered to celebrate the grand opening of Purden Lake playground

Purden Lake Provincial Park is now home to a new, fully accessible playground!

The grand opening of the park is tomorrow and everyone is invited to come down and check it out!

This playground is unique to Northern B.C. and contains universally accessible features including rubber flooring and wheelchair ramps.

The playground also contains a slide, climbing walls, puzzle boards and monkey bars!

There will be a free bus to shuttle people to the event.

The bus will leave from the B.C. Parks compound in Prince George at 9 a.m. and returns at 2 p.m.

Everyone is invited and all must RSPV by calling (250)614-9911.
