Bright morning and cloudy afternoon forecast for Kelowna

It’s going to be a day of mixed weather for Kelowna.

NowMedia meteorologist Wesla English said there will be sun, cloud and a small chance of rain.

“We will see a brighter morning, but then expect thickening cloud today when a weather system moves inland,” she explained.

“However, little or no precipitation is expected as this system lacks strength.”

She added: “When an upper ridge starts to build over BC Wednesday, we will see a stretch of pleasant weather with sun and cloud.”

Today’s high is expected to be about 4ºC, while the low should be around -4ºC.
