Kelowna is back to seasonable temperatures after a couple relatively cool evenings in the valley.

It’s currently 12°C, featuring a mix of sun and cloud along with some lights winds, meaning you may want to throw a light sweater on before venturing outdoors.

Despite the mix of sun and cloud, Kelowna will remain dry throughout the day with highs reaching the low 20's.

“Friday and Saturday will remain dry with a mix of sun and cloud, but then expect increasing cloud late Saturday and Sunday when the next system sweeps into our region,” explains Wesla English, NowMedia meteorologist.

“Showers are possible on Sunday when the next system swings in from the southwest. Daytime highs will remain close to average or slightly above average in the low to mid 20’s for the next couple of days.”

The UV index remains low at 1, however you may want to pack an allergy pill in you're outdoors, as the pollen index is extremely high today.
