The Kamloops Blazers will be giving some young prospects a chance after losing three players for some time.
After losing Connor Zary, Martin Lang, and Inaki Baragano to World Junior selection camps, the team has added Logan Bairos and Tye Spencer to the roster for the week.

Bairos is a 16-year-old defenseman and Spencer is a 15-year-old forward. Both are currently playing with the Saskatoon Contacts.
In his second season with the Contacts, Bairos has five goals and 20 points in 25 games. He was the Blazers' second-round pick in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft.
Spencer has five goals and nine assists in 16 games. He was a third-round pick in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft.

Both players are expected to make their WHL debuts on Tuesday against Moose Jaw.
