Blazers recall 15-year-old goalie following injury to Dylan Garand

It looks as though the Kamloops Blazers will be looking to Rayce Ramsay in the near future.

The club announced on Monday that they had recalled Dylan Ernst following an injury to Dylan Garand on Saturday. Garand is expected to be out for a few games with an apparent lower-body injury.

Ernst was the Blazers' second-round selection in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft. He recently represented Canada at the 2020 Youth Olympics in Lausasnne, Switzerland.

The 2004-born goalie is set to join the club for Friday's matchup against the Victoria Royals. Puck drop at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Arena is at 7 pm.
