The first day up at Biggie for 2020 will not be one to miss as 77centimetres of snow has coated the mountain within the last week.

Just overnight the mountain welcomed a total of 27cms, bringing the grand total of snow fallen on Tuesday up to over 40cm and the alpine snowbase to 188 cm.

Following a festive NYE celebration, equipped with fireworks, night skiing, live music and cosmic skating, the beloved resort is refreshed and ready for another year of fun on the slopes. 

Those of you planning to shred it up on day one of 2020 can expect to see some flurries while out on one of the 105 open runs, with a temperature high of -3C and some limited visibility — so rip it up with caution.
