A BC man remains in custody after allegedly attacking his neighbour with a knife.
Police in Trail received a report of a dispute between two neighbours on Tuesday.
When officers arrived at the house, they found a man who had been injured by an “edged weapon.”

According to the news release, the victim reported that he and his neighbour had gotten into an argument that escalated into a physical altercation.
During the dispute, the neighbour allegedly pulled the weapon and assaulted the victim.
The suspect was arrested without incident and transported to the Trail RCMP cells.
Police say the suspect remains in custody pending a court appearance.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
The RCMP did not disclose how significant the injuries were but confirmed it was an isolated incident between two neighbours and there was no risk to the public.
