B.C. Transit to offer $1 rides on Canada Day

To celebrate Canada Day, B.C. Transit will be offering $1 bus rides on Sunday.

This reduced fare rate will allow more people to attend the festival at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park!

Instead of paying the $1 fare, passengers can choose to donate a non-perishable food item to the Salvation Army.

Bus routes will run on a regular Sunday schedule with extensions on routes 15 UNBC/downtown, 46 Queensway, 88 Westgate and 89 Hart.

Regular fares and service will resume on Monday, July 2.
