The Nanaimo RCMP is trying to locate Peter Alexander, age 38 of Nanaimo, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant from Port Alberni, and is involved in several ongoing criminal investigations in Nanaimo.
The Port Alberni warrant stems from an incident in early February, 2022, in which Alexander was found to be in possession of a quantity of illegal drugs and a replica handgun.

He was later released from custody but failed to comply with his release conditions, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Police say he is actively involved in criminal activity in Nanaimo and throughout central Vancouver Island, and should also be considered violent.
Alexander is a Caucasian man, 5’ 10’’, 150 lbs with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
