Okay, you don’t need to actually get a tattoo, but you can if you want! The Okanagan Tattoo Show returns for the weekend, kicking off this Friday at 4 p.m. Hosted at the Kelowna Curling Club, this event will bring dozens of the best tattoo artists to Kelowna, along with cool merchandise and other great activities including a newly introduced Brewfest on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Let’s be honest, cooking in the summer can be hard, especially when you’d rather be at the beach. Lucky for us Kelownians we have a plethora of fresh fruit and veggies that are perfect for meal time. Downtown Block Party

The highly anticipated and adored Downtown Kelowna Block Party returns to Bernard Avenue on Saturday. Events will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will include live music, countless vendors for both local creations and food, lots of kids activities and so much more! If you do decide to check it out, come say hi to our street team at the KelownaNow tent.

Two beloved Kelowna businesses have opened up new storefronts downtown. Bliss Bakery opened a second downtown location on Bernard Avenue and is ready to serve up tasty drinks and delicious baked goods.

Juice lovers, rejoice! Glow Juicery has opened their second location in Kelowna in the Okanagan Centre for Innovation on Ellis street. Stop by on your weekend adventures for a chilled and healthy drink to keep your energy levels high!
Live Music in Stuart Park

End your weekend on a high note with the Festivals Kelowna, Canada 150 Concert Series. It starts on Sunday at 5 p.m. with a local act and it carries on with great Canadian artists of a variety of genres before ending the night off with the Juno award winning group, the Northern Pikes! This free, family friendly event is a great way to spend a Sunday evening.
