Prince George RCMP was busy on Saturday, this time dealing with a break and enter.
According to police, at 8:30 pm, frontline officers with the Downtown Safety Unit observed two people breaking into a vacant building on the corner of 2nd Avenue and Quebec Street.
A Police Dog Service team was deployed to aid officers in arresting the perps. Both suspects were located in a short time and taken into custody.
The BC Prosecution Service approved the charges of Break, Enter and Commit to 44-year-old Quinnton Vern Campbell and 28-year-old April Leanna Jackson. Both suspects, who were Prince George residents, were released on bail and are scheduled to appear in court on November 13th.
