Sunday concert at Rotary Centre to benefit Ukraine

An event this Sunday offers the public a chance to enjoy beautiful music while supporting Ukraine.

Ukrainian performer Maryna Krut, will share not just her music, but also her experiences in Ukraine since the Russian invasion began.

She sings in both Ukrainian and English and plays singing and plays the traditional and ancient Ukrainian 65-string instrument, the bandura.

The 7 pm show is part of a Canadian-wide fundraising tour for Krut.

The Kelowna event also features a fundraising auction.

Proceeds go toward the purchase of medical kits and drones for the Ukraine military.
