Police seeking witnesses after crosswalk vandalized at Bayside School

Central Saanich Police are seeking public assistance as they look for the person who was "interrupted" while trying to paint over the rainbow crosswalk which is located at Bayside School.

The person who was attempting to paint over the crosswalk left behind a paint can at the scene.

The incident occurred yesterday evening around 11pm according to a Facebook post from the Central Saanich Police Service.

Anyone with information or dashcam footage is asked to call Central Saanich Police at 250-652-4441 and quote file #23-2407.
