PHOTOS: A first of its kind BIPOC festival in Victoria

Function Festival took place in Victoria’s Inner Harbour this past weekend, marking the first event of its kind in the community.

The event’s aim was to create a safe and empowering space for BIPOC artists to showcase their talents, while giving attendees a chance to experience music and culture and celebrate diversity and inclusion.
