Mounties in Prince George have released details after catching a driver going twice the speed limit in frosty weather.
The pick-up truck was flying down Hwy 97 at 152 km/h when an officer caught it.
The speed limit is 70 km/h.
It happened on Feb. 20 just before 9 am.

The driver, a 24-year-old man from Prince George, was given a $483 ticket and had his truck impounded.
At the time of the violation, it was -1ºC.
"This incident is a clear disregard for the safety of all road users, including himself," said Cpl Craig Douglass.
"Any number of things could have easily caused a serious collision that almost certainly would have caused at least one death. There is no excuse for his actions."
