Kamloops Blazers climb to 7th in CHL’s Top 10 rankings

The Kamloops Blazers continue their winning ways and the CHL is taking notes!

Winners of five in a row, and nine of their past 11 games, the Kamloops Blazers have climbed to number five in the CHL Top 10.

This is the first time the Blazers have been in the top 10 since being ranked fifth at the end of the preseason.

Other WHL teams making the list include the Portland Winterhawks at 3rd, the Edmonton Oil Kings at 5th, and the Everett Silvertips at 8th. The Medicine Hat Tigers were also an honourable mention.

Kamloops will look to improve on their ranking as they take on the Tri-City Americans this Friday in the Sandman Centre. Puck drop is at 7 pm.
