Jolly Ol’ Saint Nick himself will be cruising some runs at Big White on Christmas day!

Santa is scheduled to greet skiers and snowboarders at the Village Centre Mall for 10 am before heading out to shred the slopes.

While the mountain has only received trace flurries over the past day, the winds are calm and some sunshine is expected to make an appearance.

The alpine snow base has shot up to 141 centimetres, which has allowed Big White to open 15 lifts and 82 runs.
