    Popular BC band appeals for extras in surprise music video shoot

    Extra! Extra! 

    A popular BC band with Okanagan roots is looking for extras for a surprise music video being shot in West Kelowna on Monday night. 

    We Are the City made the announcement via social media, asking all those interested to email wearethecityband@gmail.com to get in.

    Currently based in Vancouver, We Are The City first formed in Kelowna during 2008 before going on to win the top prize in the 2009 Peak Performance Project contest. 

    The band has gone on to release five full-length EPs, including RIP which came out earlier this year.
