Halifax bred rock group Sloan will hit the shores of Okanagan Lake this Fall.
The band is slated to play the Cleland Community Theatre in Penticton on Saturday, Oct. 26 as part of their Navy Blues Tour that will run into 2020.
Named after the group’s 1998 album Navy Blues, the tour will see the band perform the record’s music in its entirety including hits such as “She Says What She Means” and “Money City Maniacs”.
Since their inception in 1991, Sloan has released over 10 full-length albums featuring the group's distinctive blend of garage rock and anthemic lyrics.
The quartet has also become well known for their distinct live show that sees each member trade instruments based upon which member wrote each song.
Tickets for the show go on sale Aug. 1 and can be purchased by clicking here.
