  • 10 must-see photos of last night’s double rainbow

The only thing better than a rainbow is, of course, a double rainbow.

They’ve always been beautiful, but the feats of nature were certainly made popular by the 2010 viral video filmed near Yosemite National Park.

With more than 45 million views since it was posted eight years ago, the video remains one of the funnier viral videos of the last decade.

On Tuesday night, Kelowna was treated to a double rainbow of its own after a spectacular lightning storm passed through the valley.

The iPhones quickly popped up and it was hard to walk a few feet without seeing someone trying to capture the colourful treat in the sky.

It wasn’t visible for too long, but a number of great photos popped up in our email inbox and through the #KelownaNow tag on social media, so we’re sharing our 10 favourite with you!

Remember to tag your photos with #KelownaNow for a chance to be featured in the future.
