Lovecoast talks new album and what to expect from Kelowna gig

If you’re in need of a pick me up, want to dance your troubles away or are simply a fan of their music, you do not want to miss out on Lovecoast’s performance this Saturday night.

The Victoria-based, indie-soul pop group will be taking over The Habitat as part of their current tour in support of their first full-length record, The Trip.

The female-fronted group is all about mustering up a good time with their anthemic music that sounds like it belongs in a John Hughes movie.

KelownaNow chatted with lead singer, Danielle Sweeney, about their latest creation and the premise behind it, the process of creating an album and what fans can expect from their performance tomorrow night.

Keep your ears open for The Trip, physical copies are available at the show, and it will be available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music on April 27, 2018.
