Valued at $6.5 million, the home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-car garage and game room that is to die for.

Built in 1996 and renovated extensively in 2017, the mansion was featured in the Wall Street Journal on September 14th, 2017.

Like any proper Okanagan mansion, the estate features a wine cellar on its lower level.

Once you choose a nice bottle from the cellar head back upstairs and crack it open while cooking up a feast in the extravagant kitchen.

The home was last on offer for $6.5 million, although property assessment records list the actual value of the property at $3.2 million.

Also, we repeat, there is no minimum bid! But if you're interested you will need to register with Platinum Luxury Auctions prior to the auction on Oct. 5 at 7 p.m.
