What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about being grateful, education and travel. I've spent three years of the last five traveling Europe. We lived in Greece for two years, Italy for one year, and four months in Denmark. Loved every minute of it. Met wonderful people along the way and had memorable experiences that'll last a lifetime. I've written three novels out of Greece, and two out of Italy. Even wrote one thriller set in Kelowna (The Antagonist) with another thriller dealing with the Kelowna area coming out later this year!
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
The day my children were born. And the day my wife married me. Okay, I know that's two days, but hey, I'm grateful for my daughters and my lovely wife. They're my life!
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Hitting the bestseller list ahead of Stephen King. Outranking Mr. King had been a goal of mine since I began reading his work back in the early 80s. I've been writing for a couple of decades and have ranked Number #1 on the Top 100 Author Bestseller List in Horror several times, outranking Mr. King.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
Wealthy Investors from the Stock Market – economics. I first invested on the TSE back in Grade 11 in Sun Ice shares with a couple of friends when Sun Ice sponsored the '88 Winter Olympics in Calgary. We lost money, but I've always wanted back on the market and would question my elevator colleagues on what's hot and what's not and what to look for in the future.

What is your favourite activity in Kelowna?
Kelowna Community Theatre
If I could change one thing about Kelowna, it would be
I'd change nothing! I love Kelowna. It's the city we chose to come back to when leaving Europe. We love the weather, the people, and the wineries.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
So many things make Kelowna great. The theatre, the people, the weather, the atmosphere among the people, the kindness of our fellow man, the wine community, the diversity in restaurants, the bookstores, the actors, ballets, and plays that take place in the theaters, and outdoor events in the summer, and so much more!!
