To date, 431 structures throughout the province have been impacted by wildfires.
By region, the Northeast has seen 212 structures damaged, the Central region has had 214, and the Southeast region had a total of five.
Of the 431 structures counted by the province, 220 of the structures lost were homes.
Chris Duffy of Emergency Management BC says that the structures impacted would have a varying degree of damage.
“There’s going to be a gradient of effect there, some of those would be completely burned, some of those would be partially burned,” says Duffy.
Duffy says that those numbers are expected to change as more data becomes available.
