A vehicle incident is slowing eastbound traffic on Harvey Avenue Monday afternoon.
A fender bender involving four vehicles happened at Harvey Ave and Ethel Street.

RCMP and a fire truck are one site.
It does not appear to be a full closure and eastbound traffic is still able to get through in the right lane.
However, traffic is beginning to get backed up and delays should be expected.
